1. General Terms & Conditions

Kxb8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between kxb8 and its users ("Members" or "you").

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use kxb8's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating on the gaming platform. Any individual found to have misrepresented their age will have all their transactions voided.

4. Payment & Deposit Policy

Kxb8 currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50 (Fifty Taka). Deposits are usually processed instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 30 minutes.

Make sure to use the correct mobile number and payment reference number when making a deposit. kxb8 is not responsible for failed deposits caused by incorrect information. If you encounter any issues, contact the support team immediately.

• Kxb8 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the member's own name
• Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited
• Kxb8 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to law enforcement authorities

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on kxb8 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant offer terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount to be completed before any withdrawal can be made. This amount is stated separately for each offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled
• Kxb8 reserves the right to close any account found to have abused bonuses
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must register using their own details

6. Betting Rules

All bets on kxb8 are considered final once confirmed. Bets cannot be voided due to internet connectivity issues or device errors. Please review all details carefully before placing a bet.

For Sports Betting, wins and losses are determined only after the official result is announced. kxb8 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error or irregular activity is detected.

• The minimum bet amount varies by game
• Maximum win limits are set according to each game and bet type
• Any disputes regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 72 hours
• Placing unusual bets by exploiting system errors or glitches is prohibited

7. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from kxb8, your account must be fully verified (KYC). The mobile wallet number used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 15 minutes takes some time. However, during security checks or high-volume periods, this may be delayed by up to 24 hours.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Sending harassing, offensive, or abusive messages in live chat or community channels

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Kxb8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without reason. In practice, such action is typically taken due to rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

You may close your kxb8 account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so, as reclaiming funds after closure may be complicated.

If an account is closed due to rule violations, all bonuses, free funds, and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited. Whether the original deposit is refunded will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

10. Responsible Gaming
